What is a flight itinerary for a visa application?
A flight itinerary is a structured travel plan showing the route and dates you intend to use for a trip. Depending on the destination, an authority may ask for proposed travel details, transport evidence or a reservation. These are not the same thing. Always follow the current checklist issued by the embassy, consulate, visa centre or immigration authority handling your application.
This free HEBVIZA tool is deliberately limited to planning. It does not invent an airline booking, PNR, ticket number or payment. If you already hold a genuine booking, you may use the optional field to record the real detail accurately.
How to prepare a clear proposed flight plan
Keep the route consistent with the rest of your visa file. Your intended travel dates should align with your leave dates, hotel plan, day-to-day itinerary, travel insurance period and any invitation or event dates. Where you plan a multi-city trip, make sure the sequence is realistic and allows enough time for transfers.
A useful itinerary normally makes the following easy to understand: who is travelling, where the journey starts, the destination, the proposed departure date, the proposed return date and any genuine airline detail already available. Avoid unnecessary information that creates contradictions.
Planning document versus confirmed booking
A proposed itinerary communicates intent. A confirmed booking is evidence issued by a transport provider or authorised booking channel. If an official checklist specifically requests a confirmed reservation, this planning tool does not replace it. If official guidance says not to purchase non-refundable travel before a visa decision, follow that guidance rather than buying travel simply to make an application look stronger.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a real flight ticket or booking?
No. The generator creates a planning document from details you enter. It does not issue an airline ticket, reservation, PNR, payment receipt or booking confirmation.
Can I use a proposed itinerary for a visa application?
Some visa processes ask for travel plans or an itinerary, while others may ask for booked transport or may advise applicants not to buy a ticket before a decision. Follow the current official checklist for your destination and visa category.
What details should I enter?
Use genuine proposed travel details such as your name, origin, destination, intended departure and return dates. If you already have a genuine airline or booking detail, you can add it where relevant.
Does HEBVIZA store the details I enter here?
The tool is designed to generate the result in your browser. Do not enter information you do not want included in the generated planning document.
Will this improve my chance of visa approval?
No tool or itinerary can guarantee a visa decision. The purpose is to present a clear and internally consistent travel plan.
