What this accommodation itinerary does
This tool turns your genuine accommodation plan into a simple itinerary showing the traveller, destination, hotel, check-in and check-out dates. It is useful for organising a visa file or travel plan, but it does not communicate with any hotel and it does not create a booking.
Keep accommodation evidence consistent
Hotel dates should align with your proposed flights and daily itinerary. If you will stay with a host for part of the trip, your documentation should explain that honestly rather than showing hotel nights you do not intend to use. If you are travelling to several cities, list accommodation in the same order as your route.
Where an authority requires confirmed accommodation, use the actual confirmation from the hotel or booking provider. Where proposed accommodation is acceptable, make it clear that the plan is proposed.

Accommodation is only one part of a coherent application. You may also need financial evidence, a cover letter, sponsorship evidence or a day-by-day plan. Review our bank-statement guide, sponsorship guide and day-to-day itinerary generator.
Frequently asked questions
Does this tool create a real hotel reservation?
No. It formats accommodation details you provide. It does not book a room, create a reservation, issue a confirmation number or prove payment.
What hotel details should I use?
Use a genuine hotel you plan to stay at or a real reservation you already hold. Dates and destination should match the rest of your travel plan.
Can I add a reservation reference?
Only add a reservation reference if it is genuine and belongs to the accommodation arrangement you are presenting.
Do visa authorities always require paid hotels?
Requirements differ by destination and application type. Some processes ask for accommodation evidence, but the acceptable form varies. Check the current official checklist.
Can I use this instead of official accommodation evidence?
No. If the authority requires a confirmed booking or other official proof, provide the genuine evidence requested.
