Appointments and walk-in policies can change. VFS India announced in February 2026 that walk-in submissions were closed until further notice, so applicants should verify the current appointment route before travelling to a centre.

Names, passport details, dates, accommodation, transport, leave dates, funding and sponsorship should tell the same story across the application. If one part of the plan changes, update every affected document before submission.
