Who is responsible for the website content?
The website content is maintained under the HEBVIZA Documentation Team for applicants and travel-agency users. HEBVIZA is a private visa documentation service serving UAE and India markets; it is not a government, embassy, consulate or visa application centre.
Which sources do we prioritise?
For visa rules and process facts, we prioritise first-party sources wherever available: immigration authorities, ministries, embassies, consulates and authorised visa-application centres. Commercial blogs, social posts and forums are not treated as primary authorities for visa-rule claims.
Country guides are intended as preparation starting points. The live official checklist remains the controlling source because eligibility rules, fees, forms, appointment systems and processing practices can change.
How are pages reviewed?
Detailed country updates may show a content review date when the page has been materially checked against current sources. A review date does not mean the rule can never change after that date. Applicants should still verify the official source immediately before submission and before travel.
We focus on facts that help a traveller prepare: application route, document purpose, consistency across the file, source links and service boundaries.
How do we use automation and AI?
HEBVIZA may use digital tools, automation and AI-assisted workflows to organise research, structure drafts, identify duplicate content and maintain large sets of destination pages. These tools are not treated as an authority for immigration rules.
Where an official source is available, factual visa-rule claims should be checked against that source before publication or material update. Automated wording should not be used to invent eligibility, fees, processing times, bookings or government requirements.
Genuine-document standard
HEBVIZA does not recommend false, altered or unverifiable evidence. Planning tools on the website create planning documents only; they do not issue airline tickets, hotel confirmations, PNRs, reservations, payment receipts or government documents.
Applicants and authorised agencies remain responsible for checking the final file and confirming that every declaration and supporting document is true before submission.
Corrections and source changes
If you find an outdated rule, broken official link or factual error, email uae@hebviza.com with the page URL and, where possible, the current official source. We can review the issue and update the page when warranted.
